Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer Jamboree 2025

Wolfpack Lacrosse Club does not offer refunds.

Wolfpack Fall 2025 Season

ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds (full or partial) to any players or families unless an injury occurs and is documented with a doctor's note or the program is canceled. For inquiries, please email our Treasurer, Deborah, at treasury@wolfpacklacrosseclub.com. No refunds will be issued for any fees that relate to Wolfpack Lacrosse Club teams, clinics, leagues, canceled tournaments/practices, etc. It is your responsibility to verify that the mentioned activities do not conflict with your schedule. Tournaments are subject to change and can be canceled/rescheduled by the tournament's director for reasons that are beyond the club's control and do not constitute a refund. Should a tournament be canceled/rescheduled by the tournament's director, every effort will be made to find a replacement. Practices can be canceled as well due to various reasons and do not constitute a refund.

Skills Clinic

No refunds will be issued for any fees that relate to Wolfpack Lacrosse Club teams, clinics, leagues, canceled tournaments/practices, etc. It is your responsibility to verify that the mentioned activities do not conflict with your schedule. Your commitment and placement on a team must be honored as you are taking that slot which could have been offered to another athlete.
